A few words about us
Our extensive Workshop Programme and Festival provides a multitude of arts opportunities every year. These include:
Local school kids designing and making lanterns for the event; Local artists constructing giant lanterns and mentoring young locals; and community exposure to artistic endeavours through workshops and music.
The festival day in early June 2024 will take place from the late afternoon to the evening and culminates in a massive paper lantern display, picturesque dusk candle/lantern lighting and a fire mural lighting up the night sky.
